Return Policy

Hi Friends! We at Bullove are always happy to help you. The return of an item is not a problem for us, we always want the best for our customers and therefore we want to save you the shipping costs with a simple and quick advice.
If you have any doubts about the size or anything else, write to us at info@bulloveandfriends.com. Penny or Mario will be happy to help you and find the exact size for your dog, so you can save time and money on a return and enjoy a full Bullove experience, you and your dog.
And if you've made a mistake, don't worry! We will still help you, but remember that the shipping costs are paid by the customer. Write to us and we will recommend you the most economical costs depending on the country.
Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If you need to change the size, please write to info@bulloveandfriends.com. Please Remember Shipping costs are at your expense.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 
To start a return, you can contact us at info@bulloveandfriends.com If your return is accepted, we give you as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too
